What to do when an account has been created?


a. Click the Forgot Your Password link found on the lower-left corner. Type in your email address used on the created user account, then click Send Password Reset Link.

b. Upon resetting the password, login to your BSRS account

c. Upon logging in, complete your profile.

d. Do not forget to verify the email used by clicking the link to send a verification email. You can find the link in your email.

e. Click the ""Verify Email"" button to redirect you to your BSRS account."

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Please check your credentials again if you have not received a confirmation email. If your credentials are correct, then simply click the link to request another.

What if the email I'm registering is already taken?

When prompted with this message when trying to create a new account, it means you have already created a TESDA Account with that email address. In this case, you may simply sign into that account. (If you do not remember your password, follow the account recovery instructions in the top section for help).

What if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten the password for your TESDA Account, simply click the Forgot Your Password link found on the lower-left corner. Type in your email address, then click Send Password Reset Link.

Who can access BSRS?

It can be accessed by all registered Students/Learners, Institutions/Providers, and all authorized users for BSRS.

What are the System's requirement for BSRS?

BSRS requires a modern browser in a device or computer. The system has been tested for mostly modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.

Technical Requirements:

Laptop

  • Processor: 1.6GHzbased speed with turbo speed
  • 8GB RAM memory
  • 13? screen size
  • At least 512GB HDD SATA
  • With built-in speakers and camera, wireless and
  • Bluetooth connectivity, keyboard, optical/wireless mouse, and headset.

Tablet

  • Processor: Quad-core 1.3GHz
  • 2GB memory
  • 8? screen
  • 32 GB storage
  • With front and rear camera, at least Android 9.0 operating system, with WIFI and Bluetooth

Smartphone

  • Octa-core 2.2GHz
  • 2GB memory
  • 6? screen
  • 32GB storage
  • With front and rear camera, at least Android 8.1 operating system with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 

How do I login?

User needs to register in BSRS to be able to login at: https://bsrs.tesda.gov.ph/login

What is BSRS?

BSRS is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) web-based system that will act as a control measures to mitigate fraudulent scholarship claims by instituting facial recognition biometric technology into the scholarship registration and attendance reporting system.
