Supporting Documents

The documents that you need to provide must be authentic as this may affect the assessment of your application. Any one of the following will be accepted as a supporting document: a. UMID b.

STEP 1: Choose your preferred Document Type from the drop-down menu. You may provide any of the following:  a. UMID  b. Transcript of Records  c. Birth Certificate  d.

All uploaded documents are subject for verification and approval. Once verified, a notification will be sent to the student if he/she still has to upload a new or additional supporting documents.
