Allowed Supporting Documents
The documents that you need to provide must be authentic as this may affect the assessment of your application. Any one of the following will be accepted as a supporting document:
a. UMID
b. Transcript of Records
c. Birth Certificate
d. Diploma
e. Others e.g. form 137
