What is an approval process?

An approval process is a type of business process that includes steps to formally approve work. The work can include submission of reports, documents, enrollment, registration, or any other process that need of approvals from different levels.

BSRS implements the following approval processes:

  1. REGISTRATION
  2. RISK EVALUATION
  3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
  4. ENROLLMENT
  5. LEARNER'S CHANGE REQUESTS

BSRS has an approval system in which any official and recognized process that used to capture, verify and evaluate requests:

  1. The institution shall verify the documents submitted by the students/learners and approve the registration.
  2. The Provincial Office Focal Person shall verify the list of students with risks. The students/learners with no risk in the registration shall be automatically approved.
