How to register as a learner or student

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT

1. On your browser, type https://bsrs.tesda.gov.ph on the address bar.

2. Click the Create an account link to register. 

3. Fill out all the necessary fields then click Submit.

4. Check for the verification email from TESDA. Open the email and find the verification link to finish creating your account. (To see if your account is verified, you shall be able sign in to your TESDA Account. If it has not been verified yet, you will still see the message asking you to verify your account.)

5. Complete your TESDA Profile with the 9-step registration:

    A. Personal Information - Enter your basic information including your permanent mailing address, then click Continue.

    B. Profile - Next tab requires you to provide additional information. 

    C. Biometrics - This step requires you to capture a live photo from your device. Click Take Biometrics to start capturing. Once you captured your headshot, select the ? symbol for the system's identification and verification. Once your headshot is approved, select Continue to proceed to the next tab.

    D. Educational Attainment - Tick the box with the option that applies then click Continue to proceed to the next tab. 

    E. Classification - This tab refers to the socio-economic class of your household. Tick the box with the option that applies then click Continue to proceed to the next tab.

    F. Disability Information - Disability Information refers to a restriction or different abilities. Tick the box with any option that applies then click Continue.

    G. Supporting Documents - The documents that you need to provide must be authentic as this may affect the assessment of your application. Choose your preferred Document Type from the drop-down menu. You may provide any of the following:

         - UMID

         - Transcript of Records

         - Birth Certificate

         - Diploma

         - Others

        Provide a Document Title and click Choose File ? this will open the search screen on your device to navigate to the document, then click Upload. The documents uploaded shall appear on the Uploaded Documents section below and you may review the uploaded file by clicking the eye icon. Click Continue to proceed to the next tab.

    H. Program Selection - This section briefly shows the programs you can enroll in, which can be filtered by Qualification or Location. Click Skip to proceed to the next tab.

    I. Privacy Disclaimer - Tick the box to agree with TESDA?s Privacy Disclaimer which explicitly confirms the truthfulness of the information you provided. 

    Note: EMS saves the current changes or progress in this profile automatically. In the event of disconnection to network or an inadvertent close of browser, user can continue working to the previous steps they were working on.
